CRAFT & PRICING
Each Three Trine piece is handmade using natural gemstones and precious metals. Pricing reflects the materials selected, fair labor, and the time-intensive process of small-batch craftsmanship by a single artisan. Due to the natural variation of gemstones and fluctuations in the metals market, prices may vary slightly from piece to piece.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are quoted individually based on materials, metals, gemstones, and the time required to design and fabricate each piece.
A 50% deposit is required to begin all custom work.
This deposit secures your place in my production schedule and goes toward:

Communicating a mutual commitment to the custom process

Design development and creative planning

Time spent at the bench

Sourcing and purchasing materials, including gemstones
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipment or pickup.
Each custom piece is handcrafted with intention and care, making every design truly one of a kind.
Custom Rings
Once your custom ring is confirmed, a complimentary ring sizer will be sent if your ring size is unknown. This helps ensure an accurate fit before fabrication begins.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders ship once completed and the final balance has been received.
Shipping Method

Standard shipping is sent via USPS. If you'd like expedieted shipping or UPS delivery, feel free to reach out prior to placing your order to discuss options and pricing.

All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs are standard $5 included at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Three Trine is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery & Transit
Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Three Trine is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
International Orders (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please reach out to process order via invoice to include the shipping rate for sending location.
